ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day.
During high-volume periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed, as orders are sent to our fulfilment team immediately.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

All orders are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method.
Free shipping is available on all orders worldwide.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at laveo-official@hotmail.com and we will assist you.
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email laveo-official@hotmail.com within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
