Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Laveo. We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit. Please read the policy below before submitting a return request.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Free from stains, marks, odors, or damage
- With all tags and protective packaging intact
- Returned in the original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted or may be returned to the customer at their own cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Intimates and lingerie
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Accessories
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Gift cards
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, email us at laveo-official@hotmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Laveo is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.
Unauthorised returns or items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of:
- The item
- The issue
- The packaging (if damaged)
Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
This process typically takes 3–7 business days after the return arrives at our facility.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges follow the same process as returns and depend on product availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, as it is immediately sent to our fulfilment team for processing.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
ITEMS RETURNED IN UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION
If an item is returned worn, damaged, altered, washed, or missing packaging/tags, it will not be eligible for a refund.
The item may be returned to the customer, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility this will be contacted via email.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval:
- Check your bank or payment account
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue remains unresolved, email us at laveo-official@hotmail.com
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Laveo is not responsible for return packages lost during transit.
- Please retain your return tracking information until your refund is confirmed.
- Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be rejected.
- By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
